Has anyone stayed at the Stratosphere before? I was in Vegas this past November and went toured the Stratosphere to the top. This hotel is at the end of the old section of the strip. This is not a safe part of town.
Werre you able to check into the Luxor or Mandalay Bay? They are offering specials.

luxor or mandalay are the closest to south point. Im sure there are some good prices at the south end of the strip. my house has cheape prices….first come first serve, lol’
